Suzanne Shaw On Sunday 29th September 2002, SINTILLATE hosted Suzanne Shaws 21st and John Pryers 33rd joint Birthday party at LUNASA. The night was great fun and proved poignant as Suzannes band Hear'Say partied for the last time together as a band before their split the following day.Click On Saturday 28th September 2002, SINTILLATE launched our new night at the celebrities favourite new haunt CLICK. It proved an exceptionally good night with a beautiful crowd. Guests included Westlife, Nick Carter, Judi Shekoni, Marc Crumpton, Paul Danan, Natasha Kitten and the 'Model Behaviour' winners. Situated in the heart of soho (and a stones throw from POP and PROPAGANDA BAR) this beautiful new venue holds 480 and is extremely glamorous with impecable service. With three distinct areas (VIP, dancefloor and lounge area) it offers copious seating aswell as plenty of dancefloor space so suits all of our SINTILLATE faithful well. This is an extremely busy night so please do, as always, arrive early. The dress code is 'Glam as you can!' so its a good idea to go that little bit further on the outfit!
The London Club & Bar Awards On Monday 8th July 2002, SINTILLATE attended THE LONDON CLUB AND BAR AWARDS 2002 at the Sheraton Park Lane Hotel. Joining our team for dinner were Abs, and Mark and Bryan from Westlife, and after a fantastic meal the awards ceremony began. After that it was briefly onto Elysium before continuing to 'the 10 room' where the boys sang a few of their hits on the 'open' mic'. The night was great fun and was capped off by us winning the 'Best night' Award for SINTILLATE @ POP.
Abs Breen On Friday 28th June 2002, SINTILLATE hosted Abs Breens 23rd Birthday Party at CC Club, and we were also joined by Liberty X, Blue, Hear'Say, B*Witched, Boyzone, 5ive, So Solid Crew, Emma Bunton, The Realists, Dane Bowers and various Soap Stars. The night was phenomenal and the atmosphere electric as guests mixed with countless celebrities and grooved to the R&B vibes laid down by our Djs DomT, Dane Bowers, Kgee and Crunski. Thank you once again to Guinot, Stolnaya, Ogo Oxygen, O\Zon Cool Mints and Shark Energy for the 'Goody Bags'.
K Bar On Wednesday 26th June 2002 we celebrated hosting our 500th party at the K Bar Chelsea which is where it all began. The night, now on a Wednesday, is proving extremely popular and shouldn't be missed.
CC Club On Friday 7th June 2002 SINTILLATE hosted a ' Doctors and Nurses' party for Garys Birthday party at CC Club. If you weren't there you missed out on Vodka and cranberry syringes, lemon vodka urine samples, latex gloves and naughty nurses!! The night saw Beyonce and Michelle from Destinys Child and Lance from N'Sync rocking the dance floor till the early hours. Accompanied by Myleene and Suzanne from Hear Say, Adam Garcia from Coyote Ugly and Damage to name but a few.
The White House On Monday 3rd June 2002, SINTILLATE hosted a Golden Jubilee party at THE WHITE HOUSE (65 Clapham Pk Rd). The night was a great success with a great-looking, 'up for it crowd' turning up. For pictures from the night follow this link. Unique to South London, THE WHITE HOUSE offers the very best service to diners and bar-goers, in a comfortable, relaxed and stylish environment. The venue has to be seen to be believed and wouldn't seem out of place in the West-End. We now host every Thursday there. Entrance is £5 before 11pm and £7 after on the Sintillate list and the dress code is 'Smart/Casual'.
Embassy SINTILLATE stopped our night at EMBASSY in December 2002 before relaunching there in early 2004. During our time there we were joined by, amongst others, Atomic Kitten, LibertyX, Phats n Small, Gary Lucy, Stuart Manning, Jeremy Edwards, Chelsea Clinton, Ralf Little, Leilani Dowding, Jackie Degg and Ebony. We also hosted Glen from SINTILLATEs birthday party there...
Situated in the heart of Mayfair, Embassy opened its' doors at the end of 2001, and is jointly owned by former Sugar Reef & Red Cube creator Mark Fuller and Michelin starred chef Garry Hollihead. The restaurant is on the ground floor with a private members lounge on the lower ground floor. The restaurant has a contemporary feel, with a colour palette of sand, beige, gold and blue, set against dark wood. The lower ground floor lounge bar is both opulent and decadent, with an eclectic mix of rich coloured fabrics in aubergine and blue and wave-shaped seating which gives an overall hedonistic feel.
The Music Industry Soccer Six In June 2002, SINTILLATE in Association with Cup recently hosted a private VIP party in the suite at The Music Industry Soccer Six celebrity football event and our guests to enjoy the game from a prime location - at the bar! In the evening we hosted our after party at the 10 room and were joined by Westlife, Blue, Atomic Kitten, HearSay, 3SL, 5ive, Dane Bowers, Amanda Holden, Gary Lucy, Dean Gaffney and more...
K Bar On Wednesday 22nd May 2002 SINTILLATE returned to their roots andbegan hosting a series of parties at K Bar Chelsea which continued every Wednesday into 2003. The venue has been transformed by new owner Chris George with a wonderful Thai interior (think China White/Momo) who has breathed a new lease of life into the ever-popular venue. 10 Room SINTILLATE hosted our Bank Holiday Sunday parties at the 10 Room in 2001 and 2002. Situated in the heart of the West End, the 10 Room offers the definitive lounge and cocktail bar experience. They serve some of the best cocktails and light food in town, in sumptuous and relaxed surroundings, offering a service that is second to none.the 10 room is rich and opulently textured, with oversized sofas and decadent chaise lounges, in ruby reds, smokey pinks and rich browns which accentuates colours of purple, grey and blue.
Ronnie Woods SINTILLATE hosted the after-show party for Ronnie Woods gig at CC Club on 12th December 2001. We watched Ronnie,Slash and Andrea Corr perfrom and then enjoyed tunes spun by Boy George, Dane Bowers, Spoony and Omar.
CC Club ...and we held the launch of our new Friday night at CC Club on the 14th December 2001 which continues every Friday until 2007 when the club closed its doors for good.
Propaganda SINTILLATE launched a new Saturday night at the brand new Ground Floor PROPAGANDA BAR (201 Wardour Street) on 1st December 2001. The Club had a 600 capacity and was marketed as an exclusive style bar and as such was quite dressy. The venue has now been relaunched as TRAP and closed in 2005.
Browns SINTILLATE stopped our nights at BROWNS in 2002. During our time there we hosted parties for M&P Model Managment, the Bridget Jones Diary release, Smash Hits Poll Winners Party, Sky Ones 'Single Girls' and Dane Bowers' 22nd Birthday party.
CC Club SINTILLATE hosted our first members party at CC Club on 14th November 2001 in conjunction with TOUCH MAGAZINE.SHOWBIZ NEWS
